Vivo has silently introduced the Vivo V30, a new smartphone that features the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and 50-megapixel cameras on both the front and the back. The company has not revealed the price of the device, but has said that it will be available in more than 30 markets soon, including India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the UAE. The Vivo V30 is a rebranded version of the Vivo S18, which was launched in China in December.

The Vivo V30 boasts a 6.78-inch curved-edge AMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout in the center. The display offers a 1.5K resolution of 1280 x 2800 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display can also reach up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness and supports Dolby Vision. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, which is said to be the toughest glass ever made by Corning.
The Vivo V30 runs on Android 14 with the FunTouch OS 14 custom skin on top. Vivo claims that the device will provide a smooth user experience for up to 50 months, implying that it will receive software updates for almost four years. The Vivo V30 also comes with an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, dual stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The Vivo V30 also supports dual connectivity, which means it can connect to two devices at the same time via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
The Vivo V30 packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast-wired charging. Vivo claims that the device can be fully charged in just 30 minutes, and can provide up to 10 hours of video playback with just 10 minutes of charging. The Vivo V30 also supports reverse wireless charging, which can be used to charge other devices such as earbuds or smartwatches.

The Vivo V30 features a 50-megapixel selfie camera with autofocus support on the front. The camera can capture stunning selfies with natural skin tones and bokeh effects. The camera also supports 4K video recording, HDR10+, and Night mode.
On the back, the Vivo V30 sports a dual camera setup that consists of a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The camera can record 8K videos, capture 108-megapixel photos, and offer a 120-degree field of view. The camera also has an Aura LED flash, which can adjust the color temperature according to the ambient light.
Vivo V30: A Variety of Colors and Configurations to Choose From
The Vivo V30 comes in four color options: Noble Black, Bloom White, Waving Aqua, and Lush Green. The device also has different configurations depending on the market, such as 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. The price of the device is not yet announced, but it is expected to be available in more than 30 markets soon.
