Jyoti Structures Ltd (JSL) has secured a major supply order from Adani Energy Solutions, worth ₹3,000 crore. This includes a ₹389.36 crore contract for a 765 kV DC transmission line project between Boisar II and Pune III. The project will cover tower supply, survey, soil investigation, foundation, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning on a turnkey basis.
Another Major Win for Jyoti Structures
This isn’t the first big deal for JSL. In October 2024, the company secured a ₹450 crore contract from Adani Energy Solutions in Gujarat. That project, focused on the LILO (line in line out) of a 765 kV DC Bhuj II-Lakadia transmission line at Navinal, is scheduled for completion by April 2026.
JSL also won a ₹118 crore contract from Adani Energy Solutions in July 2024 and another ₹106 crore order in August 2024 from a private developer for supplying towers for a 765 kV transmission line. The latter project is expected to be completed within 10 months.
₹500 Crore Rights Issue in the Pipeline
JSL is planning to raise up to ₹500 crore through a rights issue of equity shares. Announced in November 2024, this issue will be available to eligible equity shareholders. The record date is yet to be determined, and the board or its committee will finalize the pricing and other terms after securing necessary approvals.
