Actor Shahid Kapoor has revealed the title and release date of his upcoming action thriller film, which will be directed by Rosshan Andrrews. The film is called Deva and it will hit the theatres on Dussehra, October 11, 2024. The film also stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead.
Rosshan Andrrews is a Malayalam filmmaker who is known for his blockbuster films such as Salute and Kayamkulam Kochunni. He has also directed the Hindi remake of his own film How Old Are You?, titled Dear Maya, starring Manisha Koirala.

Pooja Hegde’s most recent cinematic appearance was in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, a family entertainer directed by Anees Bazmee. She played the role of a bubbly girl who falls in love with a shy guy, played by Kartik Aaryan. The film was a hit at the box office.
